[Milsurplus] Question about Aeronautical Radios

I was reading this artice about the next generation of air traffic control:

It contains a picture of the control tower in LaGuardiaAirport in 1943.

I recognize the Hammarlund Super-Pro receiver in the rack. Does anyone recognize the other three sets? They look like National equipment.
