[Milsurplus] A-13A aircraft clock

I recently obtained a Waltham aircraft mechanical clock that will not wind.
Waltham wants $175.00 to repair it.
Can someone repair one of these clocks cheaper.
Their first question was is it going back into an aircraft.
It was  only after I told them no that they told me the standard repair charge.
Any help appreciated.
