Hello All,

I am wondering if anyone has experience with the BC-1000 WWII radio.

Specifically, I am wondering if I might be able to put it on 51.0 MHz with
out doing invasive modifications. The radio will go up to 48 per spec.

I am attempting to link all of the backpack/portable sets from BC-1000 up
through PRC-77 and even more current radios. My BC-1000 is operational using
a 6 volt Gel Cel and one of the "Italian Converters". It actually works very
well, age not withstanding.

Suggestions and any comments
