[Milsurplus] Need Info On TAV-4

For anyone who is curious - the first two digits of a 5 digit Navy Type
number tells you what kind of component it is-
http://www.navy-radio.com/nt.htm

NAVSHIPS 900,109 is an 8-volume "Catalogue of Navy Type Electronic Material"
but is evidently extremely rara avis.
