[Milsurplus] Rich Decker- A good person to deal with

I wanted to let the group know that I recently dealt with Rich Decker,
W2OBR.

I bought a PRC-174 and a complete GRC-106. The PRC-174 was perfect but the
GRC-106 had a problem. Rich immediately offered to replace the module and
thus the problem is solved. It is important that guys who stand behind their
deals are recognized. I hope that this is not an inappropriate use of space
on this reflector.
