The PRC-41 will work down to 220, sensitivity and power output fall off 
the closer you get to 220.    Likewise for GRC-27, ARC-27,  GRA-53 and 
VRC-24 .  In most cases, the trimmers on the variable L/C tuners can be 
tweaked to bring things up to par below 225.   If you do this,  
performance  in the 225-400 MC band will be stinko , especially near the 
higher end. Been there, done that, it works.
