Agreed.

Ebay is a tool to put buyers and sellers in contact with each other.  They 
are whores for money and far too easily manipulated.  They have their terms, 
I have mine.  Mine is to ignore most of theirs and do business my way to the 
benefit of all involved with minimum interaction and kickbacks to those who 
do little.  Theirs is to get as much of my money as they can with various 
scare tactics and policies, valid, legal or not.
