Not quite.  

A buyer wins and pays, gets the item, then falsely claims it was not as advertised, or tries to return as defective a different unit.  

Does that still warrant positive feedback?

And what's with the comments section??  I had a bunch of BIN items, so what exactly should I write as a comment?  "Buyer successfully paid for item"?  "Buyer gave me a valid shipping address, yay!"?

transaction was perfect.
