[Milsurplus] tv-7 tube tester

I've had a TV-7C/U for several years, just checked the ID plate, which reads 
as follows:

Canadian Armed Services
Navy     Army     Air Force
(each service has two unique numbers under its name)
Electron Tube Test Set
TV-7C/U
s/n 170
Stark Electronic Instruments Ltd.

That's a low serial number.  Does anyone have a higher one?
