You can probably get your connectors from William Perry Company.
I once had a URC-58.
The frequency synthesizer uses spectrum comb generators.
The alignment can be complex and requires test equipment that could 
be hard to find.
Be careful with transmitting with this radio.
It is possible for this radio to mix the wrong teeth from the 
spectrum comb and produce a large output on the wrong frequency.
There are better radios that are safer to operate.
