[Milsurplus] GRC-9 Power supply Question

Just try this first.  Then you can resort to surgery if you're not happy.

My experience indicates that mechanical action is enough to get the 
second low-voltage contact going.  In synchronous vibrators, the 
secondary contacts see a lot of voltage, so they take care of themselves.
