  I've picked up one of these units and it needs a bit of work.

Would anyone have any idea where I might find a technical manual for this beast?

It is supposed to be a 70 watt swept jammer.

Without a use, or a power supply, I'm not about to fire it up, but would like to 
restore it to good condition and the manual would be invaluable.

Part of the front panel tuning mechanism has been disassembled and there is a 
little bit of damage there (nothing fatal).
