That sort of capability has been around for a while, but not in one box.

Tek sold an RTD-710A which could record analog several hundred (400?) M 10
bit samples per second.

You could them download the data to an FFT unit and do a spectrum from
near DC through VHF on single shot data.

I heard the NSA bought a pile of them.
