[Milsurplus] More FCC foolishness

[J. Forster]

There are several such stories in WW II to account for the Allied success
against U-Boats, including IR Detection and HF DF. The Germans spent much
time and effort to defeat each, without result.

The real reasons were, of course, the Naval Enigma decrypts and
Centimetric RADAR.
