[Milsurplus] VR tube question

Probably not three bad tubes in a row.  I think the only 195's I have are 
either A's or B's but in any case are a mile away and not currently available 
to look at.  But another thing to check is this.  According to the early TM 
11-806 on the base T-195, pins 1, 5 and 6 are tied together at the socket 
(or 1 and 5, as mentioned earlier, are connected internally in the tube).  
According to one tube manual, pin 6 is marked IC (internal connection).  If 
there is a wire coming off of 6 and/or a jumper between 5 and 6, move the wire 
to 5 and/or remove the jumper.
