[Milsurplus] [ARC5] responsibility to our posterity

Radar stuff was usually big and heavy and the components did not lend 
themselves to ham gear, ergo; it ended up as scrap.  Too bad; now there are 
active radar collectors who would cherish it today.  If any of you run 
across bits of it squirreled away in a barn or what have you, please clue us 
in so it can be preserved.
