[Milsurplus] Identify connector ?

Roughly looks like this. About 2 inches diameter ( no ruler in sight! )

Capital letters mean socket for larger pins than rest.
Comes out to about 2 foot of wrapped cable which has
color coded wires coming out, terminated in washer lugs.
