[Milsurplus] DM-28-Q Part Needed

A SAAMA sticker implies rebuild, or at least maintenance of some kind, but there is a reason SAAMA was BRACed a few years ago, if you catch my drift.  Maybe that dynamotor is old enough to have been maintained before their later difficulties.

If the seals were intact, I'd assume the thing was assembled correctly.
