[Milsurplus] Question regarding BC-191 transmitter

  G'day all,

Looking at photos on the net, I note that the BC-191 should 
have a small panel/strip which appears to be attached to the 
underside of the metal frame under the T.U. It contains 
jacks for key and microphone as well as socket nomenclature 
for the underside sockets.

This panel is missing from a BC-191 I'm helping to complete, 
cosmetically only, for installation in a WWII vehicle.

Can anyone please give me details of material and dimensions 
of this panel and the type of finish. From the photos it 
seems to be not painted black wrinkle like the rest of the set.
