[Milsurplus] Calibration book

I'm trying to find a calibration book for my transmitter. It's a
T-47/ART-13 with O-16 Oscillator and 8Q-1 MCW-CFI unit. I realize that
finding a book might be next to impossible. My next plan would be to
"make" my own book. If someone has a book that matches my transmitter and
can scan the cover and some pages please contact my directly. I have the
calibration information from the tech manual, what I'll try to do is find
a spiral notebook about the right size and glue pages or otherwise
imprint it so it looks somewhat original. I'm going to display it and
some other equipment at our local airshow next month.

The guy I got the transmitter from said when he bought it, the guy he got
it from wanted to sell the book separately so he didn't buy it.
