[Milsurplus] ATB + ARB = ?

I'll add (without getting into the Mr. question - to me "Mister" denotes a 
JO, which I never was) that I've always assumed the RAX/RAX-1 was an 
alternate to the RU's (meaning those RU models procurred without accompaning GF's) 
and therefore were countermeasures sets.  Both set groups cover a wider 
frequency range than typically covered by the aircraft transmitters.  And I 
assume that the RAT/RAT-1 and the RAV belong in the same classification.
