[Milsurplus] [MRCA] PRC-6?

Many people power them from a DC:DC converter that runs from a 6V gel cell battery, or equivalent. These converters show up on ebay from time to time, from a guy in Italy, and price is about $100+.

A set of crystals is regularly on ebay. Always includes 51 MHz, at least when I look at them. Alignment meters also show up on ebay.
