[Milsurplus] FW: Command Set Dials

OK. I confess to tending not to pay too much attention to which list
something originated from. Or rather to tending to recall the subject but not
the list.

I can't swear that the paint on the dials is baked on enamel, but I think
it is. However, I have a bunch of parts grade BC-453's so if you do try the
remover and end up with bare metal I can replace that one. Not so with the
BC-946 one, though. So don't try it first. Although in the end if you have
to strip the dials and repaint them, it won't be a difficult job.

The white fill is another matter, though. You're probably going to have to
re-do it regardless. But although it will take a little time (more to get
ready and clean up than to do it), it's a relatively simple job in this
case. If you've never done it, I can tell you how I do it.
