I'm out of town on a pipeline consulting job and will see whether I can
turn up anything else after I return to Houston. But with what I have with me,
BC-1420-A and BC-1421-A are improved versions of BC-638-A and BC-639-B.
I'm sure that I've seen (may have) something independently corroborating that
(other than just my database). But I don't show BC-1608, can't think of any
logical reason for such a large skip (small skips did occur), and have a
glimmer of a suspicion that it's a typo from "BC-1068". The descriptions are
similar. However, I noticed that there is a typo in the BC-1068 entry in
Fred's list. The manual (or one of them) on RC-148 is TM 11-1118, not 1117.
I'll have to get back to Houston before I can confrim BC-1068 as being part
of RC-148.
