  Pter Gottlieb  has a point. Why subsidize a hobby?

Why should the commercial designers be permitted to design a product 
that disrupts the spectrum anyway. They always claim it raises the cost. 
The spectrum is a finite resource like and we the consumer pays for 
protecting it in many ways- moreso today. There are ethics in protecting 
the public and lawyers thrive on the lack of ethics in industry. I\ve 
worked on resolving  RFI issues for 35 years and you\d be amazed at the 
excuses I hear.
