[Milsurplus] solar panels

There are purpose-made solar cell/battery chargers the MV guys like.
Apparently, MVs drain their batteries badly if just sitting. I can't quite
remember the name...  Solargizer, maybe. They were liked because they
charge the batteries with pulses to minimize sulphating.
