[Milsurplus] PRC-77s anyone

Yikes this is just as scary as when a friend of mine, who was working for a 
Boston area city agency, had to "destroy 100 - 150 perfectly good Motorola Astro 
Spectra UHF radios.  In order to get the the "quoted special price for 
replacement radios" they had to document the destruction of the existing units.  
He took great delight in sending me far to many photos of him smiling with the 
sledge hammer and the resulting destruction.  What a waste.
