That's as close as any others I've seen. Found a couple from Berg and
PIC with proper width and pitch but they were only 24 teeth or so. It
might be something that has to be custom made to fit and work
properly. You'd think with the number of these things Collins sold to
Uncle Sam there'd be a lot of excess production around somewhere.

Sounds like the culprit. I know whenever I would re-tune the set I
would always hold that little lever down and watch the meter pull to
the right then snap back to center indicating it was synced. Then a
few months or a couple years passed and I went to use the set and it
no longer worked properly. Wouldn't sync. Sounds like a fun project?

Been looking for some 600v replacements for the low voltage supply as
those have become leaky. Should go through and do them all, or at
least get some spares on hand.
My blower really howls. Sounds like a 707 taxiing for takeoff. I
figured most of the noise was just the blower itself, never much
thought about the bearings. Good point!
TNX Jim and others for the help and suggestions. Another list member
has fixed me up with the .01 kc converter module after years of
wanting one. Looks like the belt will be the last challenge.
