Being of unsound mind and body, I have this strange desire to get
several teletype multiplex systems operational. If you aren't familiar
with this, these are electronic systems that take in 8-16 TTY loops,
multiplex them together, send the results across one pair of wires,
and at the other end, de-multiplex them into 8-16 loops. The
multiplexing may be time-division or frequency division ("tone pack"
or VFCT). Examples of systems used by the Navy are at

So, I am looking for parts for the following systems -
AN/FCC-3 frequency division multiplex which consists of a dozen or so
drawers in the multiplexer rack and a corresponding number in the
de-multiplexer rack. I am looking for drawers and/or plug-in filters.
I have a few units already so hope to make up up at least 3 channels.

AN/FGC-5 time division multiplex system - this crams 4 characters into
the same time as one normal one and unpacks the characters at the
other end. I am looking for any modules for this system, except the
monitor scopes as I have them already.

AN/UCC-1 frequency division multiplex system - I have 24 receiving
converters and 8 transmitting ones of various frequencies with some
duplication - so I'm open to trades.

AN/FGC-60 frequency division multiplex system - I don't have any parts
of this yet so am open to most anything!

Yeah, I know I should have been at Fair Radio or other surplus places
10-30 years ago, but I wasn't - surely there are some pieces and parts
still gathering dust in various garages and basements....
cheers,
