This may be what you already have, but I scanned my SEM-25 schematics and put them on my web page:

The frequency synthesizer and IF modules are common between the SEM-25 and SEM-35. I don't remember if I have any complete SEM-35 schematics, but even if I do, it'll be at least a year before they get unpacked from my last move and end up on a bookshelf.
My SEM-35 came with the antenna adapter, and I got the set from Murphy's Surplus. Mike Murphy might be able to point you towards a source for the adapter.
