[Milsurplus] I-81-A Radio Compass Indicator

Hi Al,

I asked Breck Smith to copy me on the prints. The receiver uses 115 VAC
400 Hz; but there is a stepdown transformer and the indicator circuit runs
on 28 VAC, 400 Hz.

I thought it was 26 VAC, but I'm more familiar with the MN-26 stuff than
the ARN-7.
