[Milsurplus] TBX-6 receiver microphonics

Try pulling all the tubes and replacing them one at a time from the 
audio out toward the antenna.  I think there's 4 type 34's there so you 
might scramble their locations to isolate a bad actor if you don't have 
a spare.
