[Milsurplus] Painting Aluminum - BC-348 in particular

It reminds me of the techniques used by the Phoue (SP?) finishers of 
furniture and walls.  They use sponges, crumpled paper, and all kinds of 
material to give texture to the paint.  They can make plain wood look 
like marble.
Maybe they could duplicate the alligator paint on an old boatanchor like 
a Globe King 500. =-O
