I just found an MSDS, which says it has phosphoric acid and ammonium
bifluoride, but not hydrofluoric acid:

The reason I mentioned HF is because some wheel cleaners do contain it in
various amounts. It is readily absorbed through the skin, causing deep
burns that aren't immediately apparent, and potentially serious systematic
effects from its effect on calcium.
