Well, that's interesting, on two levels.  Although your memory may not go 
back as far as mine does.  (1) I recall the day I walked into a Sherwin 
Williams store here to buy a few cans and was told I'd have to have some sort of 
training certification before they could sell it to me.  And (2) I used to 
buy Signal Corps Green semi-gloss and USMC Forest Green from House of Color 
in Aberdeen, WA (the web site lists the chromate as being in Seattle).  I 
sold what I had left of the SIG Gn to a local with an immeditate project to 
paint and called House of Color to order another case.  They informed me that 
the WA legislature had just enacted some law that prevented them from 
shipping it other than by some sort of certified freight forwarder.  They were 
scrambling to figure out how to stay in business, since at that time MV 
restorers made up a large part of it.  Too bad they didn't call me when the law was 
repealed or expired.
