Peter:
All of the Panadaptors I have worked on had a full width baseline (but not much over). Check the LV power supply, the horizontal tubes and coupling capacitors. One other possibility is unusual, but happens, too high CRT voltage.

First off, I must say it feels a little odd to be aligning a WWII tube
device with a digitally synthesized keyboard entry signal generator.
But it works. Thankfully the kHz factory maintained compatibility with
the old kc products :)
Anyhow, the question: Aligning is going fine, very easy actually, so I
am taking my time and enjoying it. But the one thing is that I don't
get a full width baseline, even with the width set all the way up. Is
this normal or do I have a weak Hor/Vert amp tube?
Peter
