[Milsurplus] Older pa transistors anyone?

Older pa transistors anyone?
 
I am looking for a couple of TO3 cased NPN  transistors.
 
Ideally BUY11 or:
 
BDY25B, TK203A, BUV12, 2N5930
 
or anything with at least 30v Vce, 0.9A, hfe 40, ft above  10Mhz.
 

I have all sorts of odd things in my stock box but nothing really  usable.
If anyone has such a pair or can suggest other alternates then please 
email me.
