Speaking of the SCR-515, I'm interested in putting together a complete, operational set (even though it wasn't fielded in any significant numbers, if at all, to the best of my knowledge). I have the transmitter and dynamotor (who doesn't?), and by some miracle I've manage to get my hands on some of the encoding disks. I still need to dig up all of the connectors, the control box(es), the antennas, etc. in order to complete the set. Ideally, I'd like to put together a complete displayable set, and also be able to operate the unit after swapping out the antennas with dummy loads. I wonder how many of the connectors I want slipped through my fingers as I pawed through boxes at the MRCG swap last weekend, completely forgetting to look for any of them?

I'd also be interested in any pictures or other documents showing what the destructors looked like, so I could potentially fabricate dummies. If I'm going to put together a non-fielded system, I might as well do a thorough job! :)

If you've never seen the encoding disks before, I have some pictures on my web page:
