[Milsurplus] Power for B-639-A?

The Maintenance Manual says that input to the RA-42-(*) rectifier power 
supply is 90-140 or 200-250 VAC.  Loaded output voltage is 6.3 VAC and 215 VDC. 
 240 VDC is a tad high.
