Dick,
The transformer primary is 250 ohms, which was the WW-II standard Low-Z
audio standard. Replaced the LS-11 and is the Low-Z equivalent of the LS-7-A.
Was used with sets like AN/GRC-9 and SCR-694 (with receiver switched to
Low-Z). Also used with AN/TXC-1. Will work with BC-312/342 and 348 if they
are wired for Low-Z. Will work with the ARR-41 so long as you don't also plug
in a pair of Low-Z headsets.
It should have come with the cord terminated in a PJ-055B (standard 1/4"
phone plug). If it has something else, someone modified it.
