Look at the other pictures on the page. Just above the co pilots instrument cluster is something that looks a lot like a VOR indicator, look at the light mounted above the flight engineers station or at any of the flight crews seats. Maybe that explains the amount of detail or historical accuracy they put into the radio equipment. It's a nice display but not quite the real thing.

Radio equipment in the replica doesn't look anything like the the
setup in the original picture that launched this thread.....
