[Milsurplus] Wanted: TS-710/TSM Crystal Impedance Meter, Good or Parts

I need a working TS-710 to test low freq FT-241 crystals used in the BC-604 
and BC-684 transmitters.  This is a rack mount unit with 5-1/4" tall panel. 
 I have one in relatively poor condition, missing at least knobs and 
cabinet, condition otherwise unknown.  I'm interest in acquiring anything between 
a known to work one to a known not to work one that has the cabinet and most 
of the front panel components.  Buy or trade.
