In the late 1980's my wife and I flew into some airport in northeastern OH;
ATC told me I was cleared to land after the Tri-Motor! THAT Got my head
snapped in a hurry!! We landed and the Tri-Motor pilot gave me a nice
tour.....
Doesn't the place out in CA with the Queen Mary have the Short Solyent
flying boat? Someone had one in CA in the late 80's, and I lost track of
it.
