We use USPS, Fedex and UPS regularly, and all three have been very good over
the years, nothing ever broken or permanently lost. Agreed that Fedex and
UPS international shipping requires way too much paperwork and usually a
customs broker. But, I just hate having to go to the post office when UPS
picks up here every day.

DHL, on the other hand, was nearly useless, and I'm glad they're gone. We
never shipped outgoing via DHL, but every item incoming via DHL was
misrouted (some to different countries!) and their drivers could never find
us (everyone else does). Every item, without exception, required one of us
to drive to their depot and pick it up.
