To All USPS Basher Bashers. Let me tell you about my experience. Fact and
Fact. My military jeep part was mailed from Pennsylvania to Texas on March
1st. It had a perfect printed label with correct address including a
correct 9 diget zip code and a bar code to the proper place. I had a
tracking number. Three days after shipping it was shown with the tracking
number to be in Washington State on the West Cost. It arrived today. That
is 24 days from PA to TX. I guess I should be grateful it arrived at all.
Last year I sent a Priority Package from East Texas to Austin, Texas a
distance of 220 miles and it took 42 days.

For all the USPS "Bashers" I thought I would pass along a recent experience
with USPS.... Fact.....

Around 3PM, March 15, I took a thick letter parcel to our post office in
little rural town of Scott City, KS. 2.7oz. Mailed it to Clive, GW3WEQ, in
North Wales, UK. He received it AM, March 22nd. That included a weekend
end!

I consider that FANTASTIC service, for $2.66!

I think we get spoiled with "instant" messages via internet and forget some
things have to go by truck, then by plane, truck again and then on foot. We
are 200+ miles from nearest airport hub.
