[Milsurplus] DM28-R

To all who wanted the copy of the Russian solid state replacement for the
DM-28 dynamotor: I just need to extract the components list from my full
Russian US-9 (the BC-348 clone) manual. The transformer is only specified as
a 27 V in/200 V out transformer, and the circuit is a standard 2-transistor
multivibrator circuit, with a 4 diode bridge rectifier on the secondary.
I'll have it by the weekend, and I have the photos of the actual unit by
itself and also mounted in the US-9 receiver. Incidentally, my US-9 receiver
still has the original Russian dynamotor in it. The only difference between
the DM-28 and its Russian counterpart is that instead of the screw
terminals, the base plate of the dynamotor has a 6 contact Jones type plug
which mates with the connector on the receiver chassis. The solid state
supply has the same footprint, and plug.
I'll prepare the whole info packet as one PDF file.

Try to get the solid-state dynamotor replacement made in the former Soviet
Union, for the later models of the US-9 receiver (the Russian BC-348 clone).
I can send you the schematic of that supply, it's a direct plug and play
substitute for the dynamotor.

Group -
I shoul have ask the question back in 1990 :-} but I did not own this
unit at the time.
I have a BC-348R where the previous owner had removed the dynamotor
body from the mounting plate.

Any one design an build a 28V-120V Pulse Width Regulated power supply?
