I have a 2 page article excised from "RADIO" magazine, USSR, 1971,
on the "R-609" transceiver. The discussion is too non specific to 
be of much interest or utility. But - before tossing it, I offer it
to anyone, mailed free. Practice reading Rossian? QTH with
