[Milsurplus] TCN and TCM transmitters

I cant remember if i posted this before but here goes..

Does anyone have any knowledge or experiece with the Navy TCM and TCN transmitters?

I have found one still in the crate and need to know the best way to power it up initially.

Its dated 1943 and the tubes are still packed.
