Sorry, not true.  eBay has owned a 25% (0r 28%, depending on who you 
ask) interest in Craigslist since 2004 but that's all.  There is an 
ongoing battle between the two companies over confidential information 
given to eBay as a Craigslist board member and its own classified site, 
Kijiji (which no one has ever heard of) but the two are distinct 
companies.  Craigslist is said to operate with a staff of 28 people and 
doesn't disclose financial information but is said to have ad revenues 
of about $100 million per year.
