[Milsurplus] ME-11A/U frequency range

Well, I'm sure it would be close on 10 Meters, and I have used one briefly 
while working on a BC-604 (20-27.9 MC).  The dummy load should be good down 
to the BCB but the sensitivity of the metering pickup probably falls off 
rapidly below 30 MC.  If you had an HF meter to compare it to and made a chart, 
I guess it would work OK at lower HF.  But most of the 50 ohm output rigs 
you might want to use it with tend to be in the 100 W class or higher.  
Regardless of how well the meter circuit works, the resistor is still rated only 
60 W.  Lower power rigs like a Command Set or TCS aren't going to be too 
happy at 50 ohms.
